PTCC, as a single consultant or in association with other local or foreign consulting firms, has carried out and satisfactorily completed many government-owned projects in the Philippines in the following engineering phases:

• Feasibility Studies
• Advisory and Review of Design
• Alignment Studies
• Preliminary Engineering
• Detailed Engineering
• Construction Supervision/Management

Most of PTCC's projects were executed locally, as a single consultant or in association with other local or foreign consulting firms, for the Philippine Government with funding from international institutions such as:

• The World Bank/International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD);
• The Asian Development Bank (ADB);
• The International Development Association (IDA);
• Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) formerly, the Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund of Japan (OECF); and
• The USA Agency for International Development (USAID)
