Philipp's Technical Consultants Corporation (PTCC) commenced operations in 1954 as the technical and engineering division of one of the pillars in construction industry in the Philippines, F.F. Cruz & Co., Inc. (FFCCI). It was incorporated on 19 January 1981, as an independent firm of technical consultants and has since grown with a staff of wide expertise and diversified experience, covering a broad spectrum of engineering disciplines.

PTCC is one of the few consulting firms in the Philippines certified with ISO 9001:2000. Adopting this internationally accepted Quality Management System assures the quality of the processes used in the delivery of its services.
